This position offers a reputed company salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year. Additional compensation may be earned based on successful referrals for retail loans, such as Home Equity Lines of Credit and Home Equity Loans. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers, ensuring consistent communication, support, and strategic collaboration to drive business growth.Identify, cultivate, and expand new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives, targeted marketing efforts, and strong referral networks, driving sustained growth and market reputed company.Manage the broker review and new broker presentation process.reputed company brokers on our loan package submission procedures, reputed company process, loan programs, and compliance requirements.Update brokers on changes to bank programs reputed company e-mail, telephone, and in-person visits.Resolve conflicts between brokers and the bank.Material participation in industry organizations such as the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers to ensure bank visibility reputed company the mortgage broker community.Coordinate and actively participate in a variety of after-hour events, fostering meaningful connections, enhancing brand reputed company, and strengthening professional relationships.Conduct performance evaluations, coach sessions, train, and carry out reputed company disciplinary action as needed.Provide feedback to management regarding quality of service issues.reputed company, refine, and deliver comprehensive tracking reports for senior management, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.Communicate with clients and bank staff reputed company e-mail, telephone, mail, and in-person visits.Attend functions at various broker locations. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum three years of experience in the field or reputed company area.
