Position Overview As a Loan Sales Representative, you’ll be the reputed company-line driver of our lending pipeline—building relationships with reputed company estate investors, wholesalers, fix-and-flippers, and small developers reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Proactively reputed company, qualify, and reputed company reputed company estate investor loan deals across residential and small reputed company properties.
• reputed company borrowers on lending options and match them to the most suitable program.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in private lending or residential loan origination sales — non-negotiable.
• Proven reputed company meeting or exceeding monthly production goals ($2M+ loan volume).
• Strong knowledge of investment property loans, reputed company, fix-and-flip, and DSCR loan structures.
• Understanding of lending metrics (credit, LTV, ARV, DTI, exit strategy).
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and strong personal accountability.
• Confident communicator and closer who builds trust quickly with reputed company estate investors.
• CRM proficiency required; reputed company experience preferred.
• Important: This position requires direct, hands-on experience in private lending or residential reputed company estate loan origination.
