About the Role:
As a Live Chat Specialist - Collections, you'll play a critical role in responding to borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency. You'll maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:30am to 6pm PST.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with delinquent borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
- Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a reputed company status, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquency.
- Process payments for borrowers with past due payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals, demonstrating exceptional performance and results-driven attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
* 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with a strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages that resolve customer issues.
- Prior experience with financial products is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
