Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be a critical member of our customer experience team, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
- Providing technical support and managing customer accounts
- Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications reputed company reputed company channels

- Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Compensation Details

- Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
- Spanish bilingual reputed company pay: $15.50 per hour
- Spanish bilingual enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
Requirements
