Job Summary

As a Process Associate – Quality Assurance and Improvement at blithequark, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You will audit operations teams' & system outputs, suggest and implement process/system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. You will also be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes, interacting with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular audits of operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations to management
  • Implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality
  • Analyze and identify emerging process performance trends to inform business reputed company
  • Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
