As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members, providing one-to-one inbound telephone support and occasionally making outbound calls to resolve issues and answer questions. Your expertise will be essential in accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, as well as entering application and enrollment information into our web-based computer system.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
* Periodically provide support through outbound calls to resolve issues and answer questions
* Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
* Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers as needed
* Maintain technical and program policy proficiency reputed company client rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
* Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements

Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED
* Must be 18 years of age
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
* Previous customer service and/or call center experience
* Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
* Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback

* Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
