Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Tier 1 support specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and voice mails, providing clear and concise communications, and troubleshooting technical issues. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for escalation to our Tier 2 team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues reputed company inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.

• Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested reputed company, and delivery times.

Essential Qualifications:
