Job Summary

As an reputed company Call Center Representative – Patient Enrollment and Data Entry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient enrollment and data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve Out-of-Network Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
