Job Summary The Multi-Line Claim Specialist is responsible for investigating and adjusting reputed company Auto and General Liability claims, including those involving municipalities and other public entities, across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll manage a multi-account desk serving diverse clients reputed company, ensuring accurate evaluations, fair resolutions, and adherence to reputed company’s corporate claim standards and client expectations. This advanced role is designed for reputed company examiners seeking reputed company professional development, with the potential to grow into leadership or supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Auto and General Liability claims in accordance with established procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Establish and adjust reserves reputed company assigned authority levels.
• Review and approve medical, legal, and property-reputed company invoices for accuracy and relevance.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes in line with state laws, client guidelines, and reputed company claim handling standards.
• Coordinate communication between clients, claimants, and other involved parties throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities reputed company appropriate.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and timely diary updates.
• Provide notice to excess/reinsurance carriers reputed company required.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Claim Standards and client-specific handling instructions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience handling multi-line claims (Auto and General Liability).
• Strong analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, Outlook).
• Adjuster’s license required in reputed company applicable jurisdictions (contiguous 48 states).

Preferred:

• Experience handling municipality or public entity claims.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional designations (AIC, ARM, CPCU).
