As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our automotive dealer clients. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
Qualifications
