Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a definite bonus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be reputed company to work 4-hour time blocks daily
  • Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
  • Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
  • Commit to working a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Type at least 35 WPM, with 40+ WPM preferred
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor
