Summary:  We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join reputed company. You should have a customer-focused mentality and a passion for delighting both internal hiring managers and external candidates. You’ll work on a reputed company-reputed company, high performing team in support of NFP’s recruiting operations with a focus on converting candidates to hires. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team making a direct impact to the business by recruiting talented Wealth Management, Financial Services, Risk, Insurance Brokerage and Corporate professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements of the business, your assigned roles and how they fit into the organization
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified Candidates to Hiring Managers for further consideration
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and reputed company Leaders to reputed company them informed and engaged with the progression of your sourcing and reputed company campaigns
• Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure positive representation of NFP’s employer brand and reputed company by educating candidates on the opportunity, NFP’s culture and why NFP is an employer of choice
• Maintain the reputed company of reputed company talent management systems (i.e. Candidate Relationship Management System, Applicant Tracking System and other reputed company)

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Specialist, Advisor or Consultant in a Recruiting reputed company
• Familiarity with HR databases, Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, browser extensions, Social Media, reputed company etc.)
• A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging talent-focused business problems
• Comfortable working in a remote environment

The reputed company salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $81,000.00. The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
