Job Summary

The EAP Consultant performs clinical telephonic assessments and consultations, delivering comprehensive referrals and ensuring reputed company follow-up for managers, employees, and their family members covered by the Employee Assistance Program. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and urgent clinical risk assessments, offering expert consultations, short-term issue resolution, and comprehensive referral services for reputed company members seeking assistance.
• Provide management consultation services to various levels of management and reputed company resources reputed company our broad customer reputed company. The EAP Consultant must demonstrate proficiency in assessing a wide reputed company of workplace issues and devising suitable action plans, remaining well-versed in essential workplace legislations like reputed company, DOT, Sexual Harassment, and Duty to Warn.

Schedule

This overnight position requires working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST on a rotating schedule, totaling 80 hours over a two-week pay period. As an EAP Consultant, you will have the flexibility to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field required.
• Independent license and CEAP preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years employment in the mental health field where the assessment of mental Illness and substance abuse was a key function.
• Must have knowledge of confidentiality laws and their exceptions.
• Understand the concept of the dual client.
• Must have clinical skills to reputed company a risk assessment and reputed company an action plan that meets the client's needs.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency, indicators of risk associated with withdrawal, and appropriate treatment modalities.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• EAP experience (2 years preferred).

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $53,856 - $74,800. Based on our compensation program, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and reputed company level.
