About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Team Manager who will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence at reputed company times. The main responsibility of this role is to consistently work towards increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our Floor Operations team's performance, maintaining quality service by enforcing performance standards, resolving quality/service problems, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing supervisors or first-time managers, with the courage to reputed company and hold others accountable. Key Responsibilities
