We are now seeking an reputed company Maintenance Technician to join reputed company in a remote work opportunity, working night shifts from 10:30pm to 7am.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing lean and reputed company improvement actions. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot equipment issues, using your knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Implement lean and reputed company improvement actions to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Communicate effectively with upper management and team members to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to GMP and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address potential safety hazards
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs
- Proficiency with measuring tools and hand tools
- Basic computer skills, including reputed company Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role
- Knowledge of lean and reputed company improvement principles
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout and personal reputed company equipment
- Certification in a relevant trade or technical field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
