Job Summary

As a Collection Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in resolving delinquent accounts by contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules. Key Responsibilities

* Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts

• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account status
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Meet or exceed performance targets and bonus potential
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving customer disputes and concerns

Preferred Qualifications

* One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience

• Two (2) years of Collection Experience
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
