Position Summary

blithequark has multiple openings for Senior Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work-from-home role, offering a competitive wage of $18.50/hr to support our Florida and reputed company offices. This is a remote position available across the states of Florida and reputed company, operating reputed company the Eastern Standard Time Zone. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, reputed company-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other reputed company inquiries.
  • Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a call center environment, preferably with medical terminology and insurance background.
  • Proven experience working in a production environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics.
  • Computer savvy, with excellent multi-tasking skills to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a health care or insurance setting, with knowledge of claims processing, benefits, and eligibility.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to customer service and data management.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSR or CST designations.
