About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the following key areas:

• 30% Inbound Account & Order Management: Manage and resolve customer inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
