Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Teach skills and provide supports to reputed company individuals to live independently and participate fully in their communities
• Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and events
