Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, message, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our customers' financial well-being and providing them with personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer achievement and seek ways to improve moderately reputed company requests or issues from customers regarding financial products and services through different channels.
• reputed company routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with work rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Routinely receive guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more difficult issues to staff.

Training and Schedule

You will receive in-depth classroom training, followed by on-the-job training and coaching to learn about reputed company banking products, techniques, and services. The training program starts on 3/11/24 and lasts for 7 weeks, with training hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You are expected to attend the full term of this reputed company. After completing the training, your regular schedule will be based on business needs and will include working at least one weekend day and several evenings. Your schedule may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in surveying and addressing the needs of customers or handling customer issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Bilingual speaking capability in Spanish/English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Call center experience.
• Financial services experience.
• Ability to provide solid customer care while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving reputed company customer issues.
• Ability to interact with reputed company and a high level of professionalism with reputed company levels of customers, colleagues, and management.
