About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, handling patient enrollment, and answering high-volume customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Essential Capabilities

• No less than one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
• No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with an endorsement/enrollment by state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
