• 1-year experience with ABA/RBT, or equivalent experience in a reputed company field (e.g., Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
