  • Collaborative Coaching: Partner with general‑education teachers to share evidence‑based instructional strategies, co‑plan lessons, and provide on‑site coaching that enhances EL student outcomes in mainstream classrooms.
  • Accommodation Planning: Determine and document appropriate accommodations for multilingual learners, guiding classroom teachers in consistent implementation.
