• Build, reputed company and grow a high performance team of data scientists that are thought partners to the teams that run reputed company’s ads stack.
• Strong causal inference/marketplace knowledge with a deep understanding of how ML models drive business.
• Work with product and engineering partners help identify and answer important “why and how” questions. reputed company the team to structure ambiguous technical challenges into actionable plans. • MS or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing small teams of highly technical scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reputed company improvement.
• Hands on experience as a data scientist, research scientist, applied scientist, or machine learning engineer in a technology company.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with hypothesis driven product development.
• Experience being a thought partner to improve decision quality and able to influence with expertise.
• Industrial experience with ads product and metrics.

In-Office Requirement Statement:
