Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Import-Export Classification Specialist to ensure accurate and timely import and export operations in compliance with government regulations and corporate policies. This role requires a strong understanding of customs brokerage and trade compliance best practices, with the ability to work independently and reputed company informed reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of import and export activities in compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
• Monitor changes in tariff or duty-reputed company programs and assess their impacts on operations.
• Coordinate with Business Units and legal teams to qualify goods and manage trade agreements.
• Support post-entry activities, including corrections, protests, and disclosures.
• Maintain product dictionaries and ensure accurate classification and tariff designations.
• Execute audits reputed company to imports, exports, and free trade agreements.
• Monitor and manage export control activities, including licensing and permits.
• reputed company processes and report on duty/tax claims and facilitate refunds.
• Support CTPAT or other trade compliance functions as needed.

Essential Skills

• Strong working knowledge of import and export activities and customs brokerage.
• Practical knowledge of CBP compliance best practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and reputed company informed reputed company.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage reputed company issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in supply chain logistics/distribution, finance, reputed company, international business, or reputed company field.
• Minimum of 6 years of practical experience in customs and international trade.
• reputed company customs broker’s license is desired but not required.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position offering a long-term contract opportunity. You will work in an environment with both recurring and non-recurring tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage reputed company situations.
