About the Role: Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift)
The Customer Experience team at blithequark is dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences through process improvement, order management, and proactive problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent on the overnight shift, you'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive their ordered products promptly and resolving any issues that may arise with a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience, responding to their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues reputed company to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions, striving for high-quality solutions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Available to work the overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST.
- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
- Weekend availability required.
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
- Experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom.
- A customer-first approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
