Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, UX Design - Stores, you'll reputed company a team to create seamless and reputed company experiences for in-store checkout, self-checkout, guest services, returns, and loss prevention. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the product reputed company, reputed company strategies, and execute initiatives that enhance the in-store experience for both our guests and team members. Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/digital product design with a strong understanding of the craft of design
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role, including hiring, leading, and coaching high-performing, cross-geography or remote teams
• Foundational understanding of digital retail businesses
• Experience working in large, matrixed, global or multi-national organizations a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and create impact through multiple levels of leadership, including other Sr Managers, Directors, and Sr. Directors
• Ability to balance short-term and long-term thinking while raising quality and team performance
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team from meeting strategic, business, or financial goals
• Strong data-driven visual, verbal, and written storytelling skills with the ability to bring partners along
• Experience successfully managing many stakeholders through reputed company phases of the design process

We offer a competitive salary range of $126,600.00 - $227,900.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
