Job Overview

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research balances, providing clear and concise explanations.
• Manage patient refunds, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Process patient payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate with patients reputed company phone and in writing, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
• Demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills, ensuring seamless customer service experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare reimbursement.
