About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Incident Manager to reputed company the management of IT production incidents in a 24/7/365 environment. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' AWS reputed company infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT production incidents to resolution using Client incident management processes and communicate incident status, impact, and resolution actions.
• Utilize hands-on experience to manage and monitor applications deployed on reputed company), troubleshooting and resolving incidents on the AWS reputed company infrastructure.
• reputed company and implement tools for monitoring and troubleshooting system resources in an AWS environment, leveraging expertise in AWS tools such as EC2, ELB, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, reputed company, Route53, reputed company, reputed company, S3, Batch, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and WAF.
• Apply monitoring experience with tools like reputed company, reputed company, Netcool suite, Catchpoint, and MoogSoft to identify and resolve issues.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS tools, including EC2, ELB, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, reputed company, Route53, reputed company, reputed company, S3, Batch, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and WAF.
