Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with technology companies reputed company the utility industry. Identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers to collaborate with on the promotion and adoption of virtual power plant technology using Tesla residential energy products
• Participate in the development of strategic partnership plans to drive virtual power plant adoption, targeting utilities, municipalities, and energy service providers
• Be an expert on Tesla's suite of residential energy products, including Powerwall, and effectively communicate their benefits to potential partners and customers reputed company the utility sector
• Analyze the market and identify potential opportunities for virtual power plant projects, taking into account the unique needs and challenges of each utility while championing best practices for good customer outcomes
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and negotiate reputed company to secure virtual power plant installations and partnerships
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to identify competitive advantages and enhance sales strategies

Requirements

• Comfortable managing multiple projects with a high degree of complexity
• Strong interest in energy industry, including utility operations, reputed company management, and renewable energy integration
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including utility executives, engineers, and government officials
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in the virtual power plant adoption space. And a track record of developing successful reputed company programs
• Proficient in contract negotiations and adept at finding win-win solutions that align with both parties' objectives

Expected Compensation$88,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
