We're looking for Remote Case Managers / Care Navigators who are compassionate, tech-savvy, and reputed company to reputed company a difference. You'll spend your day reaching out to members, learning about their needs, and helping them understand their benefits and care options. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and thrives in a structured remote setting. What You'll Be Doing

• reputed company a high volume of outbound calls to members each day to complete assessments and discuss benefit eligibility.
• Engage members in meaningful conversations to identify needs and connect them with the right support or programs.
• Accurately document reputed company interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate benefits, referrals, and service plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow reputed company HIPAA and company policies.
