Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in the insurance industry. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, gathering and verifying information, and answering questions about insurance policies. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls from customers, providing support and answering questions about insurance policies
• Gather and verify information from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Enter data into forms and systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to provide informed support to customers

Hours of Operation and Commitment

We operate on a 24/7 schedule, with the following hours of operation:

• Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 5 PM PST

We require a commitment of 10 hours per week, with 5 of those hours self-scheduled on the weekend. This role is available for immediate commencement and is expected to last for 90 days (as needed).

• Data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High-volume call support experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to type 45+ WPM, with strong typing skills and accuracy
• Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Workspace Requirements

To ensure reputed company in this role, you will need to meet the following workspace requirements:

• A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity)
• The willingness to install reputed company's reputed company software on your computer and mobile device
• The willingness to install AWS on your computer
• Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
• A stable broadband internet reputed company of 50 MBS or greater
• 8 GB RAM or reputed company
• Dual monitors highly recommended
