Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers, providing empathetic and professional support to resolve reputed company billing issues
  • Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of financial obligations
  • Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Maintaining performance goals and metrics, consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations
  • Becoming proficient with processes and systems after completing a structured training program, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and billing processes
  • The ability to reputed company successfully in a team environment, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with a strong understanding of software and technology systems

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A dedicated work-from-home space, with a reliable internet reputed company and a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • The ability to manage time and tasks independently, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and data exchange, you will need:

  • An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • A wired Ethernet reputed company, with no satellite internet or mobile hotspot usage
  • A reliable computer and software systems, with the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $15.25-21.00 per hour, with the possibility of higher pay based on experience and performance.
