Job Overview
As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, executing promotions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and using reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales. You will also transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, ensuring that our products are always visible and accessible to our customers. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with a 5am start time, and offers a competitive hourly pay reputed company of $26.36 plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and execute promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Secure placement of equipment and use reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales and enhance the customer experience
- Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure that our products are always visible and accessible to our customers
- Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an reputed company manner with labels facing outward, and rotate products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system reputed company retail accounts
- Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management
- Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders and providing excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
