What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Aerospace/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Occupational/Industrial Safety, or Biomechanics/Kinesiology.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills, with the ability to practice safety-conscious behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Capability to learn, interpret, and follow various laws, rules, and regulations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with minimal supervision.
• A strong history of collaboration and teamwork.
• Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• At least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
