Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Medical Education programs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Medical Education programs, driving business growth, and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven track record of managing people in demonstrating the ability to problem-solve, manage projects, and prioritize workload with minimum supervision
- Manage people with product and procedural expertise reputed company to HCP education programs, including market segmentation and health economics
- Analyze and anticipate changing market dynamics and customer needs to inform strategic reputed company

- Identify competitive and market trends that support the development of training platforms and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of work experience required
- Proven track record of managing people and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

Preferred Qualifications
* MBA preferred
- 7+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
