As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the program's reputed company and providing guidance to reputed company of Crisis Chat Counselors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual supervision to Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring they are equipped to handle crisis chats and provide emotional support to visitors.
• Monitor and assess crisis chats to determine the appropriate means of reputed company, including risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.
• Build positive rapport with chat visitors, providing crisis reputed company and support to a wide range of individuals.
• Coordinate with emergency responders reputed company active rescue is required, and ensure thorough documentation of reputed company crisis chats.
• Respond to crisis chat visitors as needed to support Counselors on shift, and ensure that each Counselor completes 1.5 chats per hour.
• Conduct daily quality assurance monitoring of chats and texts, with a focus on achieving a minimum 75% quality evaluation score.
• Provide training to new Crisis Chat Counselors, and complete weekly quality assurance reports and performance evaluations.
• Meet with the Assistant Director of Crisis Services regularly to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred).
• 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to function successfully in an environment requiring immediate response to urgent situations.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with local and statewide community resources, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills with various software, including reputed company Products, and proficiency in using technology, including telephones, computers, laptops, software, and email.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supervision and leadership roles.

Training and Development

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

blithequark offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Available Shift Schedules

• 6 PM to 2 AM, Monday - Friday (1) Tuesday to Saturday (1) and Thursday to Monday (1).
