About the Role

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working remotely on an 'open availability' contract basis, ensuring that we're always available to help our customers, 24/7. Your shift reputed company will change on a weekly basis, and you'll be required to work some weekends, with guaranteed time off during the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support reputed company phone, social media, email, and in-app chat, developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.

Essential Qualifications
