Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Worklife Customer Support Associate to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. As a key member of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you will play a vital role in supporting members with the provision and use of our services and resources. Your schedule will be Friday through Tuesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with the possibility of adjustments based on business needs. The first six weeks of your employment will be dedicated to comprehensive training, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine the purpose of incoming calls by actively listening to and interacting with callers, triaging calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assess clients' needs, research, and reputed company information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
  • Recognize crisis situations, evaluate the need for action, and take steps to minimize risk.
  • reputed company research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources.
  • Enter member information into the appropriate EAP system, documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally.
  • Receive calls transferred from counselors and provide immediate member assistance.
  • Schedule appointments for members with counselors.
  • Assist team members with necessary activities to effectively respond to member inquiries and requests for services and resources reputed company to various life skills.
  • Communicate effectively with reputed company internal stakeholders, utilizing relevant databases to research and identify validated, appropriate member resources.

  • Provide miscellaneous support functions, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience in a social, psychological, or reputed company service field, providing client support.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet reputed company (broadband or fiber) with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps, and a hardwired (ethernet) reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
