About the Role: Director, Data Analytics

The Director, Data Analytics position is a member of the Store Automation and Innovation team and will be responsible for developing a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. The Director will define the metrics and reputed company the development of the data pipeline and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report reputed company towards our goals to senior leadership consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and clients' needs - includes developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and integrating into business plans; and determining and supporting resource requirements.

What You'll Bring:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Ability to communicate details of a metric to senior leaders clearly.
• Ability to connect details of data and their impact on the business.
• Experience developing new metrics to track business impact.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
• Willingness to build dashboards and reports that aggregate data from multiple sources.

• Background or education in statistics.
• Experience with AI and data science techniques.
