What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for tech and product roles across multiple markets
• Partner directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to build pipeline strategy

• Utilize headhunting techniques and direct reputed company to access passive talent
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Track KPIs, recruitment funnels, and maintain high closure rates

• 3+ years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple locations or markets
• Sales reputed company: resilient, reputed company-driven, and persuasive
• Comfortable with high-pressure, KPI-driven environments

• Experience in headhunting and market mapping is a reputed company plus
• Fluent in English (working language)
