Key Responsibilities

• Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products
• Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure reputed company in a virtual work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain high performance metrics, including reputed company per call, quality, availability, and dependability

What You'll Need

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
