As a remote call center customer service representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Acting as the go-to person for customers, providing information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving inquiries or concerns reputed company phone, email, and/or chat
- Receiving inbound calls or making outbound calls to identify and assess customers' needs, exceeding customer satisfaction targets at the first reputed company of contact
- Meeting personal and customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas based on program specifics
- Utilizing computer and business software programs, such as email, internet, chat tools, and CRMs, to track customer interactions and notes
Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction in each interaction
