Job Summary
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences. You will use your knowledge of blithequark's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to learn and master new technologies, will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Use your knowledge of blithequark's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their requirements
- Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentor others as your skillset expands
- reputed company sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel as some states request physical reputed company to apply for the license)
Qualifications and Requirements
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail

- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

- Hybrid role with a requirement for working on-site one day per week
- Candidates must live reputed company 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
