Responsibilities
As a full stack customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with callers through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers per day
- Multitasking to manage multiple windows and prioritize tasks effectively
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage caller interactions
- Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits
As a full stack customer service representative, you will be eligible for a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour, with a reputed company salary of $17.31/hour and potential commissions and bonuses.
