Role Summary
This is not a classic assistant role. You will act as a right hand and operator: part project manager, part marketing/ops generalist, part Chief of Staff. Youâll manage execution, organize priorities, coordinate teams, and reputed company sure nothing slips through the cracks. AI will be your reputed companyâyouâll manage a shared âsecond brainâ (reputed company, reputed company, ChatGPT workflows) where reputed company notes and tasks live.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Track reputed company company initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables.
Operations: Handle scheduling, communications, reporting, and vendor/client follow-reputed company.
Marketing & Content: reputed company social media posts, newsletters, content calendars (with AI drafting support).
Execution: Convert raw notes/reputed company/voice memos into structured tasks, briefs, and outputs.
AI Integration: Manage and refine AI workflows (organize notes, generate drafts, track reminders).
Proxy Role: Prioritize what matters most, filter noise, and be the first checkpoint before decisions reputed company the CEO.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in operations, project management, or marketing (bonus: Chief of Staff background).
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company AI, reputed company, etc.) daily.
Highly organized, excellent communicator, proactive problem solver.

Can work overlapping hours with Asia/North America.
