Koniag Professional Services, LLC is a government services company seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the reputed company in developing an integrated reputed company Capital Management solution. The role involves leading Scrum teams, engaging with clients to gather requirements, and ensuring compliance with federal standards while optimizing HCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience supporting federal government initiatives, with a solid understanding of public sector processes and compliance standards

• Experience developing system topology diagrams, mapping interconnections, and producing BRM and DRM documentation, data dictionaries, and workflow models
• Ability to reputed company market research initiatives and gather data to support business case development and decision papers
