As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Scheduling, you'll be the face of Blithequark for many of our customers, and we're looking for someone who can provide a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient reputed company
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services
