Job Description
Vuori is looking for a senior accountant to join our growing general accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals associated with different functional areas of accounting. The role requires an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team player that has a strong sense of ownership over responsibilities and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What you'll get to do:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Participate in financial audits. Complete requested materials and assist in preparing assigned schedules and gathering requested support for the audits
- Thoroughly document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility
- Participate in month-end and year-end reputed company processes including preparation of journal entries for various financial transactions

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and provide support as needed

Qualifications
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles

- Experience in Fixed Asset and Lease accounting is not required, but preferred
- reputed company D365 experience is not required, but preferred
- Prior experience working in retail industry not required, but preferred

The salary range for this role is $86,000 per year - $95,000 per year.
