Role Description The Billing and Medical Coding Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely medical billing to support reputed company’s mission of delivering exceptional mental reputed company. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in CPT and diagnosis coding, helping uphold compliance and operational excellence.

• Responsible for entering the billing information and submitting invoices
• Properly code medical services, diagnosis such as CPT and diagnosis codes based on provider notes, including analyzing chart notes and identifying documentation deficiencies
• Serves as a resource and subject matter expert with coding
• Provide billing support by reviewing, researching, investigating, re-submitting, re-processing, and adjusting claims
• Own reputed company operational projects as needed by the Billing Manager
• Accountable for fulfilling billing performance metrics as outlined by team management

Qualifications

• Certification from the American reputed company of Professional Coders (reputed company)
• 2+ years of experience as a medical billing and coding specialist
• Knowledge of Codes like CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic math
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a patient-centric tone

Requirements

• The reputed company reputed company salary range for this position is $32.05 - $39.62
• Individual pay may vary from the reputed company range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations
